Netanyahu Vows to Continue Gaza Offensive Until All War Goals Are Achieved

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu marked the second anniversary of the October 7 Hamas attacks by reaffirming Israel’s commitment to achieving all objectives of its ongoing military campaign in Gaza.

Netanyahu described the current phase as “fateful days of decision,” stating that Israel will relentlessly pursue three key goals: the return of all hostages, the complete elimination of Hamas’s rule, and ensuring that Gaza will no longer pose any threat to Israel.

He emphasized that the war—which has now entered its third year—is a fight for Israel’s “very existence and future.” Despite increasing international pressure to halt the conflict, Netanyahu asserted that efforts to secure the release of the remaining hostages and neutralize Hamas will continue without compromise.

Meanwhile, Hamas negotiators stated they are open to a deal based on recent peace proposals but demand “real guarantees,” citing past ceasefire failures. Talks remain ongoing as the humanitarian crisis in Gaza deepens.
